WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are shipped in 5-10 business days. We receive and process a large amount of orders daily, and we require this time to efficiently process, pack, and drop off your luxury item (s) to the post office. Once completed, an email is sent to notify you of your shipment tracking and website to track.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking number.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All orders are expedited for faster deliveries! Orders within Canada are promptly delivered in 9-12 business days from shipment. Please allow this time when ordering, as our products are exclusively made, and require this time for delivery from our warehouse. Orders outside of Canada/International Orders are delivered in 15-25 business days from shipment.

We check our mailbox daily, however we receive lots of mail, and need at least 1-3 business days to process your return and respond with all the information you will need!
